In Dragon Age: The Veilguard, as with all of BioWare’s games, your choices make a huge impact on how your story plays out. These changes range from a couple lines of different dialogue, to party members being unavailable for extended periods of time. Throughout your journey, you'll have many occasions where your dialogue can have an effect on how your allies view you. Here's a handy table that will guide you through your conversation impacts!

Who Will You Bring to the Statue?

In this dilemma, you’ll have to choose a party member to accompany you on a dangerous trek to the statue as part of a plan to stop Solas’s ritual. Depending on who you choose to come with you, some pretty drastic effects will occur.

Should you Save Mayor Julius?

In the quest Shadows Crossing, the fate of D'Meta Crossing's mayor, Julius, lies in your hands. While it doesn't have as big of a ripple effect as other choices, it can have a pretty big effect on your party members' view of you.

Where Will You Help Save From the Dragon?

When you arrive at the Crossroads after completing A Warden’s Best Friend, the team will present you with a plight. Two cities are under attack: Minrathous and Treviso. Neve is going to Minrathous and Lucanis to Treviso, but you must choose where you will prioritize.

Who Should Lead the Distraction Team?

In one of the main quests leading up to the finale, Isle of the Gods, players will need to task either Harding or Davrin with leading a squad to distract Ghilan'nain. The consequences are pretty simple, but are listed below.

Who Should Dismantle the Wards?

Towards the end of Isle of the Gods, you'll be tasked with another tough choice. Either Bellara or Neve will need to dismantle the wards. The choice will have a big impact in how the rest of the game plays out.

The Last Gambit Assignments

In The Last Gambit, you’ll be making a variety of choices that will be impacted by faction strength, and who you choose. Choosing the right ally for these is important. However, if they aren't Heroes of the Veilguard, and if the supporting faction strengths aren't strong enough, the character you send will likely die regardless.
